Greyscale Repeat Pattern

My theme for my pattern was outer space. I think Kathleen did a great job showing us how to arrange the paper and cut it in the way to create our patterns. I tried to create a diagonal flow in my pattern. 

Process: I sketched out the center of my pattern in pencil and then i cut the paper vertically in half and switched the sides. Then i cut that horizontally in half and switched the tops with the bottoms. I then finished the rest of my pattern trying to cover most of the space. In the end I went over my pencil design with a thin sharpie and taped the quadrants in the correct form.
